Damages and Issues: In the event that your cup arrives damaged, please file a claim with the mail carrier to receive reimbursement.
Air Bubbles: Please note that air bubbles may form within the cup during the shipping process. This is a common and natural occurrence and does not affect the safety or quality of the product. As such, we do not offer replacements for items with air bubbles.
