Returns Policy:

Since each order is custom-made to meet your individual preferences, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process refunds, cancellations, or returns once your order has been finalized. 

Damages and issues:

In the event that your cup arrives damaged, please file a claim with the mail carrier to receive reimbursement. 

Air Bubbles:

Please note that air bubbles may form within the cup during the shipping process. This is a common/natural occurrence and does not affect the safety or quality of the product. Therefore, replacements will not be provided due to the occurrence of air bubbles.
